As a lawyer Mr. Fleming has focused on emerging growth companies, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning and alliances and investor relations calling on his legal experience in corporate finance and securities law. Mr. Fleming’s background includes venture capital representation, business strategy consulting, public company representation, mergers and acquisitions with high tech firms in Houston and Boston. With over twenty years of experience at law firms in Houston and Boston Mr. Fleming maintains the highest rating (A-V) of U.S. attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Fleming has also acted as General Counsel and CFO for several companies with an emphasis on start-up and growth strategies. Mr. Fleming received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1983. He was awarded a M.B.A. in finance from The Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College in 1999. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Lynch is a leading Wall Street analyst and private equity authority on investing in renewable energy. During the last 31 years he taken 10 companies public in the solar industry and has raised or assisted in raising well over $500M in investment capital for early stage Photovoltaic related companies and other types of renewable energy technologies (wind, solar thermal and biomass) and is a highly sought after advisor on solar industry technologies. Peter is regularly featured in national and international news outlets and brings to Lonestar a wealth of diverse financing options and credibility for its clients. Mr. Lynch holds a BA in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from SUNY Albany.

Mr. Mulgrew has served as Chief Financial Officer for private equity/hedge fund backed companies in the business of medical services and devices, alternative risk finance, telecommunications and high-tech. Mr. Mulgrew is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Mulgrew is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
Mr. Vella, a licensed electrician, has been involved in the electrical trade and the solar industry for over thirty-five years. As President of Acro Electric, Inc. he has installed 400 solar power systems in California. His knowledge and experience has given him a unique and productive management approach that continues to be extremely effective throughout the growth of the company. Mr. Vella speaks at numerous trade shows throughout the country and has been a popular advocate for solar power throughout the country from the time that he founded Acro in 2000.
Mr. Samuelson brings over 20 years of legal experience to the Corporation. Mr. Samuelson is a principal with a mid-sized law firm in Houston, Texas focusing on business and construction related matters. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and maintains the highest rating (A-V) of U.S. attorneys by Martindale-Hubbell. Samuelson holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Mr. Samuelson served as the lead U.S. counsel in connection with Northstar Healthcare Inc.'s initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange and continues to act as U.S. counsel for Northstar.

Mr. Doherty brings over 11 years of investment and finance experience to the Corporation. Prior to joining, he was an investment advisor with Canaccord Capital, Canada's largest independent securities dealer covering the North American capital markets specializing in developing, restructuring, and financing Venture and Natural Resource companies. He is currently a director of Dagilev Capital. Mr. Doherty holds a Bachelors Degree from Simon Fraser University, with a major in finance.
